The Pella Community School District ’ s mission is to maximize life ’ s opportunity for every child . Home of the Dutch , the district excels in educational excellence and is in the midst of multiple facility projects and updates . In 2022 , the district broke ground for a new , $ 19 million Early Childhood Center that will be open for the Fall 2024 semester , to accommodate 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds for both preschool and wrap-around care .

Both Pella Christian Grade School and High School have achieved Independent Accreditation in the State of Iowa through Christian Schools International , underscoring their commitment to providing a quality , Christ-centered education .
