KAIA BURKUM NUN / BARONESS ELBERFELD Kaia Burkum is excited to be a part of her first TCR production ! She is a fourthyear BA in Theatre Arts candidate at the University of Iowa . Previous roles include Dee in The 17th of June and Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins , among others . Kaia would like to thank her family , friends , and mentors for their endless support !
COLETTE DAVIS GRETL - ROSES CAST Colette is thrilled to be making her TCR stage debut in The Sound of Music and is loving learning so much about what it means to be in a show . Colette hopes to continue performing as she grows up . In her spare time , Colette enjoys spending time with family , reading , playing the drums , playing with her dogs and swimming in her pool . Colette would like to thank this cast and crew as well as her family for their support .
SETH ENGEN ENSEMBLE / HERR ZELLER / NAZI Seth returns ! Some of his previous roles include an Angel in Kinky Boots , Herald / Knight / Horse / Dancer in Cinderella , Matthews in Elf , and Sergei in Matilda . COOPER GASPER KURT VON TRAPP - ROSES CAST I ' m 13-years-old and in 7th grade at Excelsior Middle School . I ' ve been doing theater for as long as I can remember . I love singing and dancing on stage in front of an audience . Some shows I ' ve done are : Kinky Boots , Aladdin Jr , Frozen Jr , A Christmas Carol , Elf The Musical , Romeo and Winifred ,
Wipe The Blood Off My Toga , The Snow White Variety Show , and a few others .
ROSEMARY GAST MOTHER ABBESS Rosemary Gast , soprano , has professionally performed on operatic and musical theatre stages . Her many operatic roles span from Mozart , Puccini and Verdi . Musical theatre roles include Ms . Hannigan in Annie and Madame Thenardier in Les Miserables . Rosemary has had the privilege of performing Big Edie in Grey Gardens with Revival Theatre Company . She has been a soloist with regional symphonies and the winner of the district Metropolitan Opera Awards . Rosemary is honored to be making her TCR debut .

VIRGINIA HATCH NUN A dream come true : to have a role in a show on the TCR stage . Past stage performances : 5 years with the Cedar Singers , 2 years in the Follies , and 30 years drumming and singing with the Boy Scout Venture Crew 1024 .
