A concept that seems to grip the emotions of our
very society
Four letter words - L O V E
Affection , an emotion, a sensational influence.
L O V E
To me, this seems like the very base of humanity.
It can influence and of course it can break us.
This is something that people yearn for and some
would even say that they would do anything for it.
It drives people. It pushes us to look out for each
other, it pushes us to nurture each other, it is
something that can be found in any definition of a
woman. This is our foundation.
Four letter words - F E A R
A restriction, an obstacle, a fuel for anxiety
F E A R
Something grips and controls our actions. The
dread of disapproval the horror of not fitting in. It
tries to put us in place, while we just want to be
set apart.
Four letter words - C A S H
An item, a necessity, a validation for authority
C A S H
It can make your dreams come true, or it can
shatter them in an instant. It can control the
choices you make. Something that can take a
lifetime to earn but a second to lose.
Four letter words - H A T E
A mislabel, elder negativity, the origin of animos-
ity
H A T E
It is easy to say that an action is done because
of this. This is a practical emotion. Its practical to
respond to something bad with this and anger. It
is something that has been passed down genera-
tion to generations. It is an ongoing cycle.
Four Letter Words.
I’m Going Up
I’m on a stairway.
I don’t know where and I don’t know why but I’m on a stairway.
I’m going up and up and up and I am not gonna stop.
The surge of positive energy is kinda unbelievable because after
being so steep in my life and being so buried
in depressing and negative thoughts,
I see the light even brighter than I’ve seen before.
I want something.
I don’t know what but I want it and I want it bad.
Maybe it’s happiness,
Maybe it’s true love.
Whatever it is, I don’t know and I don’t care.
I just know that I want it and I want it bad.
