Education is Power is The Sonder Project’ s commitment to helping students stay in school, succeed academically, and build futures that can end cycles of poverty. At the heart of this work is our flagship student sponsorship program, which supports highpotential students from underserved rural communities with the resources they need to continue their education.
Student success depends on more than sponsorship alone. Students also need quality schools, safe campuses, adequate learning materials, and supportive communities. That is why Education is Power also includes our Strengthening Schools initiative, which invests in the learning environments students rely on every day.
