2024 FINANCES A RECORD YEAR FOR GIVING

In 2024, The Sonder Project experienced one of our strongest fundraising years to date— surpassing all previous years for cash contributions, aside from the exceptional fundraising in 2018 due to our Hurricane Michael Relief & Recovery efforts.
Event revenue rose by 73 % compared to 2023, fueled by the incredible success of the 30A BBQ Festival, which brought our community together in support of clean water, education, and sustainable agriculture.
We also saw a significant increase of in-kind contributions, thanks in part to accepting donated securities for the first time. Donating stock is a smart, tax-advantaged way to support our work— reach out to info @ thesonderproject. org to learn more.
As we continue to grow, we remain committed to transparency, sustainability, and ensuring every dollar advances our mission to empower communities through high-impact, sustainable development.
