Trust is a difficult attribute
to measure and a delicate
dynamic to maintain. How
do you maintain this with
your clients?
As a company committed to clinical
excellence and compliance, we
pledge to adhere to the highest
standards of responsible and
ethical business practices and fully
comply with all applicable federal
health care program requirements
guiding the operations of clinical
laboratories. Millennium Health
operates an effective and robust
compliance program, including the
maintenance of policies designed
to comply with all aspects of the
laws and regulations governing
interactions with health care
providers, most notably the Stark
Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
Do you formulate your own
core values?
Yes, by way of example, trust is
the cornerstone of everything we
do. Earlier this year we updated
our corporate Mission and Vision
Statements encompassing the word
trust in both. Our mission statement
focuses on the relationship between
us and our clients; “to provide rapid
and reliable healthcare solutions that
our employees take pride in, patients
and clinicians trust and payers
value.”
Furthermore, to emphasize this
commitment to trust even further,
we have created a vision statement
that demonstrates our dedication
to trust on a more global scale;
“to be the most trusted clinical
laboratory in the world.” We believe
it is essential for every company
to establish unique, purpose-built
values that set the standard for how
they operate their business, both
internally and externally.
and metabolites encompassing
over 400 brand name drugs, which
helps healthcare providers ensure
patient compliance with their
prescriptions. This diverse menu is
a direct result of extensive feedback
from our customers. As drug trends
change, we set a high standard for
our test offerings to stay ahead of
trends in illicit and prescription
drug use through both proprietary
intelligence and industry data. Most
recently, we updated our fentanyl
test menu to include 13 carefully
chosen analogs to offer coverage
of those most frequently identified
in the recent DEA emerging drug
threats report.
Can you tell us how customer
consumer feedback has
influenced your product
offerings over the years? To complement our diverse menu
of tests, we provide on-demand
toxicologists for clinical education
and consulting to advocate for and
communicate with clinicians about
their patients’ individual treatment
plans.
Today, we provide definitive
detection of more than 100 drugs Through our commitments to
innovation, customer experience,
and compliance, Millennium Health
is recognized as a leader within
the specialty toxicology space
today. Years from now, we believe
our organization will be viewed
as having set the standard for
compliant, medically-necessary
testing across the industry.
One of our core corporate values
is to “Be Customer-Centric.” More
specifically, we consider every
interaction with our customers an
opportunity to go the extra mile
and improve our relationships. By
listening, we build loyalty and trust
in an effort to provide personalized
service, tools, and solutions.
What is the future roadmap
of Millennium Health?
