Requirements
Our client discussed the requirements for the system we must create:
● Mary can set up the mechanism.
● Elsa can complete the process in under 5 min.
● The mechanism can be located on the bed, in the room or on the wheelchair.
● The mechanism must work on Elsa’s polo school uniform.
○ Children’s size 810.
Conclusion
The interview provided crucial information for understanding the problem, the user, and client’s
requirements. Now we can move forward and prepare ourselves to plan for the user observation,
where we will see firsthand Elsa’s range of motion, and to begin brainstorming solutions.
