I did my under graduation in Delhi University (DU) and being a fresher, I had a feeling that my experience at FMS would be similar. But the exposure and learning that I got here was very diverse. It was a very enriching experience as I got to interact with students with work experience in diverse fields which helped me gain a broader perspective of the workings of any organisation. It helped me to gain a wider outlook of life. The first year was a stunning experience and in comparison most of the second year was spent preparing for placements. It was 2009 and the economy was not in a good shape, hence more efforts were guided towards that. You have been in StanC for more than 4 years now, how has your overall experience at Standard Chartered been? I have been with them for more than 4.5 years now. I had a very different career path and I don’t think many other organisations give such opportunities. I was offered the International graduate program on campus, which gives an opportunity to change departments after 2 years. As a part of the Management Graduate program I did two years of Consumer Banking. After that I got
