Please have useable e-mail address as all handouts , zoom instructions , and important updates will be sent to your e-mail . Don ’ t have a computer ? No problem ! When you call the center , let us know you do not have a computer and we can give you the phone number prior to the lecture or stop by the Center to use a computer in the Aspen Room ( only available during business hours 9:00am-4:00pm ). All communication will be sent to the participant the day prior to the lecture including handouts , Zoom instructions , and any other important updates .
Conflict Management & Stress Free Relationships
This conflict management workshop will engage strategies to use conflict as a positive act and not as a negative . To use constructive methods of overcoming conflict in our relationships to reduce stress and feel joy and happiness as a result . This workshop can impact the outlook of conflict from the perspective and growth and managing relationships .
Building Healthy Relationships for Seniors ( Z ) ( Z )
A discussion on how healthy relationships bring joy and peacefulness to our lives . This workshop will dive into , how to apply interpersonal strategies such as empathy , perception , listening into a series of works that can improve the quality of our relationships . Overall , emphasizing the importance of communication and the impact it can have on relationship building .
