Restless | Relentless” feels like a statement. Why did you choose this title, and how do these two words reflect your mindset during the making of the album?
I named the song first. The idea of writing an album came later. It turned out to be the title track of the album. These words just came in my head while listening to the demo. But more than that, it perfectly defined my state of mind during a very turbulent, introspective chapter of life. I was constantly in battle with my own emotions, navigating personal storms while still showing up for the music. There was a restlessness I couldn’ t shake, but at the same time, an unrelenting fire to keep creating.
These two energies which were seemingly at odds coexisted in me.

You’ ve mentioned this album is more than just music— it’ s a rebirth. Can you walk us through what changed in you between Land of Gold and this new body of work?
Land of Gold was part of the shift. It marked a turning point, but I didn’ t realize then how much further I would go. With Restless | Relentless, I felt more grounded. Musically, I matured. I stopped trying to say everything all at once. I embraced simplicity and clarity. It wasn’ t about being less technical, but about being more intentional. Songs like Bring to Light still lean into progressive structures, but the overall soul of the album is more direct. Eventually, it was about making music and not focusing on the genre.

Looking back at the original version of this album you had planned to release in 2020— how different is it from what Restless | Relentless eventually became?
It’ s almost unrecognizable. The original version included Land of Gold and a few other tracks that just didn’ t feel aligned anymore. I’ d grown out of them. At one point, I was planning to release a short EP. But then Kaadambari came in the picture and with it, the idea of a full album made sense again. It stopped being a collection of songs and became a journey.
