We are in an era where strongly opinionated musicians can make a great
impact across the nation with the help of Social Media. Sofia Ashraf brilliantly
managed to convey her thoughts through her rap in “Kodaikanal Won't”. Hats
off to her!
There have been new developments since the last issue came out. The Score
Magazine is slowly getting internationally acclaimed and we are getting
recognized globally.
We are the Supporting Media Partner for Palm China which is happening
between 19 to 22 of August at Beijing and we have been invited to participate in
Music China organized by Messe Frankfurt this year.
We got several request to have features regarding Audio and Technology in
the Magazine. Aditya Modi has agreed to come on board as our advisor and
contributing writer. He has great passion for audio, music & technology. He
has worked with almost every artist one could think of in the Indian music
industry and on almost every AR Rahman film & project since 2001. He is also
the creative producer for AR Rahman's live shows & theatre productions. He
has either designed or consulted for over 250 studios / home theatres / hotels /
education institutions pan India.
The Score Magazine grows constantly and will catch the next wave that this
dynamic industry is undergoing. See you all next month.
