With my role as a selector DJ , it ’ s just making sure everyone ’ s having a good time .
During listening sessions , it ’ s a bit more interactive where people can converse and learn about music and immerse in a deep and mindful listening .
10 . What are you upto for the rest of the year ?
Keeping well , keeping busy . Do as many events as possible . I have a couple of events that I ’ m excited to be a part of for Record Store Day in April . Beyond that I hope to do more live gigs , listening sessions and collaborate with brands and people who share the same vision as me for music and culture .
11 . Any 2023 highlights so far ?
Yes , playing for the NorBlack NorWhite store launch in Delhi was great . I also did a really cool listening session with Bangalore based record store On The Jungle Floor in March which was very dope as well !

Not five but here ’ s a few :
a ) I wish people listened to albums start to finish more often . I feel like that ’ s something that should change . b ) Skipping through songs in the middle . c ) Not giving new albums more than 1 listen and making an opinion on it . I feel like one should listen to an album multiple times ; some albums don ’ t make a good impression instantly .

I wouldn ’ t really change anything , people consume music in ways that suit them financially and according to their lifestyle .
