Dear Xbox One,

I cannot live without your entertainment and low-price value. Your low price of $250 easily fits my budget and your free games every month pique my interest. Everyday I get home from school and work, and deal with my social life and family. With you I’m able to have something to sit down and relax with, where I can talk to people with similar interests in gaming and either be a competitive or casual gamer. Having a removable hard drive lets me have unlimited storage to play unlimited amounts of games. Backwards compatibility is your best feature of all. Allowing me to relive my favorite games in the past with all its nostalgia, couldn't make me any happier. Your entertainment value is priceless.

Dear Nintendo DS,

I have wasted so much time on you. It was all worth it. You are the ideal way to pass the time, to connect with friends, and to have fun. With you, I’m the mayor of a village, the tactician of an army, and the Pokemon Champion. I can slay dragons, travel through time, and win cases in a completely inaccurate depiction of a courtroom. When I’m with you, I’m completely content. I take you everywhere I go.

People say that video games make kids reclusive shut-ins, but they don’t know about you. You act as my pedometer and encourage me to go out by giving me bonuses in games the more steps I take. With you, I’m never bored. Whether I’m playing you on the bus or curled up in my bed on a rainy day, you never stop being a perfect source of entertainment.
