Cat Camel Stretch

Kneel down on all fours, then begin rounding your back like a camel so that your back looks like a camel’s hump. When you curve your back, your head should be trying to meet your pelvis, thus reaching the camel position. Now lower and lift your head so that your head becomes arched now, entering the cat position. Repeat this process slowly and smoothly, 4 to 5 times.

Walk or Run. It’s usually better done outside to connect with nature and get fresh air, but running on a treadmill works just as fine. Running can help you build stronger bones, maintain weight, and make your heart healthier and keep your heart rate low.

There have been many studies that show working out in the morning you will have a better rest of the day. We all know that the first thing you want to do after you wake is going back to bed, but then you wouldn’t do anything productive for the rest of the day!

Good for cardiovascular health and toning leg muscles, including calves and deltoids. Start by standing with your feet together and your arms hanging by your side. Jump, spreading your legs a little over shoulder-width apart and swinging your hands along at the top of your head. Then jump again, returning to the first position. Repeat this process for about a minute, then you'd be ready to get on with your day!
