If you ever get to visit Venice, Piazza San Marco is a must place to go. This is one of Europe’s finest squares. Piazza San Marco is so classical that people had built two Venetian Hotel in Macau and Las Vegas in celebration of the beauty of this place. The best time to visit Piazza San Marco is during the Carnival season. In there you will find one of the most beautifully decorated church in Italy, Basilica di San Marco (St Mark’s Basilica). It is built with glass mosaics in its entryway and in the façade with a beautiful marble inlay floors.

TIP: the real way to see the Amalfi Coast is to hike the seaside paths while appreciating the views from village to village.

When To Go?

The best time to visit Venice is between September and November, spring brings Venice's most beautiful weather. That’s the time with fewer tourist visits although it’s temperatures are in the 30s to mid-70s. So you might need to wear some warm coats, but hotel and the barren canals prices are cheaper! Summertime is also a good season to visit but hotel rates are really high and thousand of tourist are around.
