The eco friendly design of this museum emerges a new perspective of our planet. Tickets ranged from $30 to $40 and it’s free on opening day every month.
de Young Museum ✭✭✭✭✩
Located near California Academy of Sciences. The de Young has a collection of 27,000 works from the 17th through 21st centuries, ranging from modern and contemporary art, photography, international textiles and costumes, and art from around the world. And don't forget to visit the 360-degree views at San Francisco at the ninth-floor of the museum. Tickets ranged from $6 to $15.
Exploratorium ✭✭✭✭✭
A hands-on museum of science, art, and human perception in San Francisco. Exploring more than 600 exhibits, including 150 new experiences to inspire creativity in people of all ages. Tickets ranged from $19.95 to $29.95.
San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) ✭✭✭✭✭
A comprehensive collection of modern and contemporary art in one museum. An expansion of 170,00 square feet of new and renovated galleries displaying over 33,000 modern and contemporary artworks. An essential place for artsy and “tumblristic” people. Tickets ranged from $19 to $25 and free for youth.
