The Scoop APRIL 2017 | Page 21

When Phineas and Ferb reached to the ages of 12, Candace started to tell about her brothers’ “amazing adventures” in an attempt to get her attention. Everyday was a different story. She will always say that Phineas and Ferb are building something huge in the backyard. And like the TV Show, every time her mom goes to the backyard, there was nothing. Candace’s mom got tired of all these lies, she thought Candace had mental problems. She hired a doctor named Heinz Doofenshmirtz. Candace didn’t like him at all because he will subscribe her really strong medications that will made her feel even worst. Appointment after appointment, she started telling stories of Dr. Doofenshmirtz to her mom. She will tell her how evil he is and all the machines that he built to take over the world. By 2007, the Flynn family received terrible news. Candace killed herself in the bathroom, leaving behind a diary with her brothers adventures.

There’s also another theory of Phineas and Ferb. It goes like this…

When Candace was a little girl, her parent got divorced; leaving her with her mom. Her mom decided to move to Danville to start a new life where she met a guy that she ended up marrying. A couple years later, they had a baby. His name was Phineas, who along with him they had another baby named Ferb. Growing up, both of them were really smart; especially Phineas. When Phineas reached middle school, he was bullied a lot in school because the other kids thought he was too nerdy. Phineas could not take that anymore so he decided to take his life.

Ever since that day, the Flynn’s lives changed forever. Ferb was traumatized that he went crazy and wouldn’t talk to anyone. This affected Candace the most. She couldn’t stand the fact her brother was gone. Candace start to build an imaginary world where he was still alive and played with her other brother Ferb.
