I have decided to try to stop drinking Starbucks because I have decided that it would make most sense to invest my money more wisely. I have wanted a laptop for a long time and technically if I saved my starbucks money, I may be able to actually buy it.

I also just read a few articles about starbucks being unhelathy. They use alot of chemicals in their drinks. For example, their Pumpkin Spice Latte is one of the most popular Starbucks drinks, but it doesn’t actually has any pumpkin in it. Maybe it has a few spices, but definitely does include a real pumpkin. It contains too many unnatural ingredients, one of them is Caramel Color Class IV—one of whose byproducts, a compound called 4-MEI, has been identified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer as “possibly carcinogenic to humans.”

So IF YOU'RE THINKING

OF QUITTTING,

MAYBE

NOW

TIME

Maybe you might try to drink more tea and water instead. Since, another reason why you are addicted to Starbucks is caffeine, and not having this caffeine in your body after stopping consuming coffee might make you feel sleepy, that is why you might want to get more sleep than usual. Setting goals which will get you closer to leaving Starbucks forever, and then rewarding yourself for reaching accomplished goals also a good idea. You might also, ask your friend for help, they would certainly agree to help to remind you of your responsibility, and as you successfully progress they will cheer you up with positive comments. But the most important is to actually wanting to stop drinking Starbucks, otherwise nothing will really work, because it’s not easy… for me at least.
