Social Media has revolutionized our culture replacing idealism with realism in our value system . Social media overtaking broadcast and print media has made self- acceptance a priority .
Body confidence is the essence of the process that I developed in my coaching practice as its focus is body knowledge . Social media provides an outlet for the positive energy associated with the Law of Attraction for those who achieve the higher vibration from self-acceptance , a product of my body knowledge process . The twentieth century ideal of feminine perfection was professional models . To qualify , young women and men starved themselves to fit into a narrowly defined standard of " beauty ." That standard was particularly challenging for young women and men who did not have very tall , very thin , parents . The pressure to fit into that narrow mold drove many of us to the very negative vibration associated with shame , depression , and resentment .
As we know , negative energy attracts more of what we don ? t want , so it ? s important to raise our vibration to get more of what we do want into our lives . Raising one ? s vibration is the action resulting from my practice . When applying my process , your practice always raises your positive energy , and the results speak for themselves .
Cultural Shift : The Law of Attraction in action !
Shortly after 2011 , Dove ? s advertising featured a wide range of beautiful women of all shapes , colors , sizes and ages . The proof of expanding the market to include real people was quickly reflected in the free publicity being provided by other media outlets as well as a notable increase in sales figures .
