St . John ’ s Episcopal Church , 200 S . Brooksville Ave . 34601 , invites you to a “ Lunch on the Lawn ” on the church grounds the last Wednesday of each month . The first lunch will be on July 27th from noon until 1:45 PM . We will serve a handheld chicken and waffle sandwich for a donation of five dollars . We are located two blocks south of the Hernando County Courthouse in the beautiful oak tree lined neighborhood at Lulu Street . We plan to serve you each month hereafter . The West Hernando Athletic Club for Seniors ( WHACS ) is an age 55 & older senior softball league in Spring Hill . Our new season starts in September ( Mon-Wed-Fri mornings ) and we are seeking new players to fill out teams . Summer league in May / June . We practice for the upcoming season in July & August , come on down , fill out an app and join the fun .
