Managing inventory has always been challenging, and trends in logistics management continue to make it harder every day. making physical checks and trying to correct errors, often leading to delayed shipments and mis-picks. Here’s a look at nine of the top warehouse problems and solutions to those problems that might help ease the load: Many of these issues are a result of less-than-optimal, burden- some manual processes that result in producing inaccurate data in the system.
