A saltus Christmas
On December 4th and 5th Foundation Year parents were treated to a lively and entertaining holiday concert, "Postman Pat's Special Delivery"! Postman Pat and his cat Jess go to help deliver parcels in the Arctic, where they deliver packages, (all secret gifts from Santa), to snowmen, elves, and polar bears. When they go back to Santa to collect more packages, they discover poor Santa is stuck up the chimney and needs some help. Thank goodness, Santa is saved by the Rescuers and we are reminded that all of us need some help from time to time! All hearts were touched by the children's
plea to Lend a Hand, as they sang and introduced their new sponsored
child, a four year old little boy from Peru. Each group of children had their
turn in the spotlight as they either an instrument to play or a dance to
perform, and of course sang with much enthusiasm from start to finish!
