Pan Seared Manouri Cheese Manouri Cheese is a Greek semi-soft, fresh white whey cheese made from goat or sheep milk as a by-product following the production of feta. The dish is served with crispy leaves, pumpkin seeds, pome- granate, kumquat and wild berries. We cater for all tastes The restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner with always beautifully presented dishes. Each night, there is a different dinner theme, includ- ing International, Mexican, Italian, Med- iterranean, Local, Carvery, and Gourmet.
