authentic traditional Greek cuisine to all of The Royal Apollonia guests.

local and international cuisine. It is
known for its sophisticated atmosphere,
and its amazing terrace with breathtak-
ing views of the Mediterranean Sea, that
will inebriate your senses and fill you
with a relaxing experience. It will surely
win the heart of every foodie.
Pan Seared Manouri Cheese
Manouri Cheese is a Greek semi-soft,
fresh white whey cheese made from goat
or sheep milk as a by-product following
the production of feta. The dish is served
with crispy leaves, pumpkin seeds, pome-
granate, kumquat and wild berries.
We cater for all tastes
The restaurant is open every day for
breakfast, lunch and dinner with always
beautifully presented dishes. Each night,
there is a different dinner theme, includ-
ing International, Mexican, Italian, Med-
iterranean, Local, Carvery, and Gourmet.
Dress the part: Our guests are required to
wear long trousers only at dinner time.

wild salmon and glazed scallops dish is the
perfect choice for you. The dish is infused
with butter lemon sauce, celeriac apple pure
and baby Fennel. Don’t forget! If you are
an inhouse resident at The Royal Apollonia
then you are entitled to 10% off our menu.
