Si Social Distancing: Social distancing means staying away from where people gather and maintaining distancing of at least 3-6 feet between you and other people 6 ft 6 ft Red Light – Avoid / Don’t Do • • • • • • All gatherings of religious, commercial, official or personal nature. Social visitors or non-essential workers in your house Non-essential visitors in the workplace Non-essential travel with public transportation Eating in cafeteria or breakrooms with several people. You must be able to keep 6-foot distance. Elevators with a lot of people. Try to take the stairs when possible Yellow Light – Do with Caution • • • • Attend private gatherings limited to a few family members or known friends Picking up food from a restaurant or the canteen Buying in a grocery store or supermarkets without a crowd Picking up a medication from the pharmacy without a crowd Green Light – Safe to Do • • • • • Take a walk or jog in an open park or trails Cycling Play at home or go for a drive with family Read a book or listen to music. There are new opportunities for free books, museums and virtual concerts. Home cooking and meals at home Wash your hands frequently Cover your cough and stay home if you’re sick Smile and greet co- workers, patients and visitors
