of law enforcement,

Loitering behind a fast food
establishment with a fake gun stuck in his
waistband? Sorry but had he pulled that
and pointed it at the police, that is NOT a
wrongful shooting. Why would someone
be hanging around with a fake gun in their
waistband as though it were a real gun?
There is no rational reason someone would
other than that they were planning to rob
someone using a pretend weapon.
Which goes back to Ferguson -what brought on a confrontation with
police? Stealing from a convenience store,
roughing up the clerk, and walking in
the middle of the street, talking trash.
