Veteran Tony Cumberworth
had proudly flown the
American flag outside his
home in the Weatherstone
subdivision for the last 20
years. So he was surprised
when he got a letter
from the Homeowner’s
Association citing him for
having a flagpole in his
yard. The Homeowner’s
Association later sent an
apology, saying the citation
had been sent in error.
