Oden running
for re-election?

It appears that Rockdale County Chairman and CEO Richard Oden will announce his decision to run for re-election
in 2016 later this week.
An e-mail obtained by The News says
the Friends of Richard Oden will hold
a meet-and-greet session Thursday, Mar.
19, for the chairman where “an announcement” will be made, presumably by the
chairman.
At the bottom of the e-mail, it states that
the e-mail was sent out and authorized
by the “Committee to Re-Elect Richard Oden 4 Rockdale County Chairman
2016.”
Contact with Oden couldn’t be made at
press time to confirm if the announcement
was his intention to run for re-election.
