Don’t give up in your first few weeks. Don’t let your transformation end before it even begins. Don’t get overwhelmed with changing too much all at once. To achieve lasting results you can’t think of this as a sprint, it’s more of a marathon. Results will take time but with just a few simple changes you will begin to see you feel better, you are sleeping better at night and your clothes start to fit you better.
In the last 31 months I have lost 17lbs of fat and gained 10lbs of lean muscle. Turning 39 in January, 2014, I have never looked or felt better in my life! I also helped my boyfriend lose 55lbs to look his best at 40! During that journey I have learned many things the right way and many things the wrong way. Now that I feel I have things figured out I invite you to follow my daily activities through my sharing of workout routines, the food I eat, recipes I try (some good, some bad) and anything else I learn along the way. www.facebook.com/fitnesschallengejourney
