Now, a year into my studies working towards obtaining my certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, my quality of life and wellbeing is flourishing. I’m attracting wonderful people into my life and having new and incredibly meaningful experiences as I become more open to receiving the many blessings life has to offer.

The “how” of how I know I can help others is starting to take shape. I want to not only be there for others on their wellness journey but also want to walk it with them.

We are bombarded every day through different mediums on information related to health, nutrition, and physical activity. Yet, our health and quality of life is deteriorating.

The source of real meaningful change doesn’t lie in fad diets, Dr. Oz, or any type of counselling. All we need is to get back to our humanness, reconnecting to others around us and to all that is natural and real. I have done this by discovering a passion for gardening, nourishing my body and soul with real nutrient rich foods making me better able to listen to my body and re-establish its natural rhythm.

I nurture my creativity through photography. My pictures allow me to share what I feel is some of the most fundamental knowledge and wisdoms for wellbeing. Contrary to popular belief willpower is not what we need.

Without knowing the exact destination of my journey, I am letting myself to be guided by my experiences and connections with groups and individuals. I look forward to walking with others on their wellness journey. .
