If you are looking for a fun-filled day out with the family , then head along to Scott Ellis Playing Fields in Kilmarnock on Saturday 16th April , 2022 , where Kilmaurs Farmers ' Society are pleased to be back after a break of two years .
Come along and see what our fascinating countryside has to offer . Highlights include cattle , Clydesdale horses , Companion Dog Show , YF Rally Calf competition , YF Tug-o-war , baking and handicraft competitions , School Poster competition , local trade stands , bouncy castles , fairground rides and children ' s races .
We ' re also pleased to welcome along the Royal Highland Education Trust ( Ayrshire and Arran ) Countryside Classroom . This will be fun and fascinating learning about what happens down on the farm .
Finally , we have Haperland Dog Agility where you can let your dog try out their fun agility course .
Our Light Horse section will be at Morris Equestrian Centre and the classes are available online , which is a great day out for the horse lovers .

Stewarton Food Bank
Stewarton Food Bank has continued to support those in need in this area during the winter . For anyone in need now , we are open from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays at St Columba ’ s Church ( side door ).
We thank all of those who have donated to the Food Bank ; your contribution has made this possible and we are very grateful as are those who receive it .
Currently , we are evenly stocked but we find that the following items are most popular : long-life semi-skimmed milk , sugar , coffee , tinned meat and tinned rice pudding . However , all donations are gratefully received .
