The club have gone from strength to strength since forming in the
summer of 2008. United won four successive promotions to make it
to the top flight at the first time of asking. The team have had many
successes in the past and now would like you to be part of their future.
United won the 4th Division in 2008/09, as well as picking up the
Nancy White Memorial Award for fair play. Crowned Champions of the
3rd Division in 2009/10 they made the Donsport Trophy final. 2010/11
saw the side take the Division 2 title whilst also making the last 32 of
the Scottish Cup. The side then made the semi finals of the Ayrshire
Cup before winning promotion to the Premier League in 2011/12. The
team also added the Donsport Trophy to the honours list. 2012/13 saw
United retain the Donsport Trophy, finish 3rd in the Premier League
and topped it off with yet more silverware in the shape of the James
Scott Memorial Trophy. 2013/14 saw United finish a respectable 6th in
the Premier League and reach the quarter finals of the West of Scotland
Cup and last season saw United finish in 8th in the Premier League.
