Thank you for taking the time to read through this edition of The RenewaNation Review magazine .
We publish this magazine for several reasons :
• To make a clear case for the importance of giving our children and grandchildren a biblical worldview in the home , church , and school .
• To help our readers gain a biblical worldview understanding of the most important issues facing our culture today .
• To give you the hope of Christ ’ s eternal kingdom so you will be motivated to take concrete action and believe that God is still at work in this sinful and dark world .
• To provide you with key resources that will equip you to give the children in your care a biblical worldview .
With these goals in mind , we pray that God will touch every heart and mind reading this magazine . We ’ re praying that the articles won ’ t just stir you but that you will be changed deep in your thinking . We hope you are changed so profoundly that you will do something different moving forward . This could mean you simply start reading the Bible to your children or grandchildren . It could mean that you enroll them in a Christian school or start homeschooling them . It could mean you purchase a copy of our books , Biblical Worldview and 50 Things Every Child Needs to Know Before Leaving Home , and become more serious about training the children in your home .
My call to you is to go into action . It ’ s time we stop wringing our hands and enter the battle . We must fight for the souls of our children and grandchildren . We must never accept the idea that they are destined to live lives of rebellion against God . Yes , they are all born with rebellion in their hearts , but if we pray for them and pour ourselves into their development and training , a vast majority of our children will grow up to love and serve Jesus .
