During the COVID-19 shutdown , you took a part-time job delivering food to older people . What was that experience like , and did any person or experience stand out to you ?
I worked for a company called “ Instacart ” for a few months when our tour schedule was canceled . It was a very humbling experience and something I will never forget ! People were very fearful , and almost everyone I delivered to was so thankful that I was willing to “ brave ” the grocery store for them .
What is something you have read lately that stood out to you and why ?
I feel like 2020 was a year of refinement for me with the Lord . He has been teaching me to be thankful for the hard things that happen in life , no matter how uncomfortable or painful they may be . In the end , He will bring good from them , and it will help me to be more Christ-like . This poem by Lucy Larcom is something that my mom shared with me , and it really encouraged my heart .

You and your sisters dress beautifully and modestly . When you think about how you dress , what is the philosophy behind your clothing choices ?
When it comes to my clothing choices , I like to dress very feminine . I ’ m very passionate about modesty and dressing in a lady-like manner , but I also think that the outward is a reflection of the inward . What ’ s inside usually shows itself in the way that you dress and present yourself .
It ’ s well known that you buy and sell cars . What kind of car are you driving these days and has COVID-19 changed the car business in any noticeable way ?
I ’ m driving a Ford Explorer right now , but I ’ ve had it for a year , so it ’ s time to flip it ! I didn ’ t sell during COVID , but it doesn ’ t seem like the car business has changed very much .
What is it that you most enjoy about singing full-time with your family ?
I enjoy being able to do ministry with my parents and siblings as adults . It ’ s a huge blessing !
We ’ ve just come through a contentious presidential election cycle . As a fairly new voter , what is important to you when considering a candidate for office ?
When considering a candidate , I definitely look at their policies , but one of my main things would be their stance on abortion . I ’ m pro-life , and abortion is a big deal-breaker for me . ■
