By Dr. Kimberly Pennington attending church are other means by which the couple tries to instill biblical values into their children’s lives. “We tell them often that Jesus loves them,” she said. While Brooklyn, who holds a degree in business manage- ment, had a straightforward trajectory into full-time music ministry, William’s path was different. “My goal was to design automobiles,” he said. “When we first got married, I was still in college and ran a contracting business, so trav- eling full time was difficult. I was in school for mechanical engineering, and the opportunity came up to job shadow an engineer and see the world I was about to enter. God began to show me that He had a different plan for my life.” Around the time of the job shadowing experience, the opportunity to drive the bus for The Collingsworth Family became available. “That was an easy decision. Name recognition on earth only goes that far. We are the hands and feet of Jesus. We have been commissioned to carry the gospel and communicate it to the next generation. By God’s grace and help, we will continue to do so!” ■
