Ryan Rechner (at left and middle coach above) is Tarpon’s Project Manager in Nisku and has been coaching hockey in Leduc for 13 years. And one should mention - he’s ONLY 30! He started with the Bantam AAA program and he won coach of the year during the 2014/2015 season. Last year (2015/2016), he coached the Midget AAA in Leduc and won coach of the year once again. ?
