No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the date of the opening of bids. PVSC reserves the right to reject all Bids and waive any minor Bid informalities, defects or irregularities when it has sound documented rea- sons and in accordance with applica- ble law. Any award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent construction performance bond, and a 100 per- cent construction payment bond, a maintenance bond, and an environ- mental maintenance bond with a sur- ety company acceptable to the Own- er. Work included under this single con- struction contract includes projects that were designed under three (3) separate engineering contracts. Work to be performed under Contract No. B203 includes furnishing all la- bor, materials, supplies, equipment and other facilities required by the Contract Documents for improving the flood resiliency of PVSC’s waste- water treatment plant in Newark, New Jersey.
