� Promotion of human resource development, for example through on-job training, organizing workshops, symposiums, etc. and also encouraging and supporting workers to go for further studies. � Communicating to workers well / effectively. � Creation of a favorable working environment. � Paying workers sufficiently and in time / promptly. � Provision of realistic work rules and regulations / policy guidelines governing the workplace and making them clearly known to each worker. � Organization of regular staff parties for example end of year staff party. � Recognizing and rewarding exceptionally performing workers. � Encouraging team work among workers. � Specification of the duties and responsibilities of workers in the job description. � Listening and attending to workers concerns / being sympathetic and above all empathetic to workers especially in times of need. � Through creation of a pleasant and conducive friendly working environment. � Conducting performance appraisal at regular intervals for example either quarterly, after half a year or annually. � Practicing transparent management and promoting proper and exemplary leadership. � Knowing workers well that is by name, their needs, SWOT, interests, etc.
