LAR Affiliates Join Warm Streets to
Bring Help to the Needy
The Affiliate Partners Group of the Lynchburg Association of Realtors® met for fellowship and
giving back as we filled backpacks for Warm Streets, a local organization that helps the homeless and
near homeless right here in Central Virginia. The LAR Affiliates, made up of non-realty companies
providing ancillary services such as mortgage, insurance, etc, raised $1300 which they used to buy items
to fill empty backpacks, provided by Rick Hughes, founder of Warm Streets.
