Speaking Engagements Joe Welker (New Philadelphia) partnered with The Bonadio Group to speak with members of the Wooster Area Cham- ber of Commerce about the impact of cybercrime. Brent Ardit presented at the National Groundwater As- sociation conference to discuss tax law changes that impact businesses. Dave Cain (Dublin) participated in a panel discussion, “Mak- ing Your Business Thrive” at the Dublin Entrepreneurial Center (DEC). He and Joe Popp also served on a panel, “Post-Election Updates All Business Owners Should Know,” with The Entre- preneur Institute. Dave and Chris Axene (Dublin) also spoke to DEC mem­bers. Their presentation was titled “Tax Plan- ning Tips That Will Change Your Life Forever.” Tim McDaniel (Dublin) led a panel discussion with family business leaders who have been through the business valuation process. The panel was hosted by Women’s Council of Central Ohio. He also led a panel discussion titled, “Market Better, Sell More,” with business leaders about growing business sales in 2017. Lisa Beamer (New Philadelphia) spoke to financial ac- counting students at Kent State University at Tuscarawas about a career in public accounting. Paul McEwan (New Philadelphia) presented with The Knowledge Group a webinar titled “New Developments in Retirement Plans and Related Fiduciary Duties.” Brent Ardit and Ashley Matthews presented to the Columbus Board of Realtors Leadership Academy about business development.
