This is a living proof that Fortworth Stockyard is the perfect place to go back in time, and be a cowboy for a day. Like the old veteran David Crockett used to say: “You may all go to hell. I’m going to Texas”.
Also , there are some activity you can do in Stockyard. For example, a maze aventure where you and your friends can explore and get lost, but the fun is that you have to search the letters of the word MAZE each letter hiding between its wall . Isn’t that funny?, this way you will challenge your ability of critical thinking and patience. In the afternoon, there is a parade of...wait for it….cows!!! Every step they make, every move they make, you’ll be watching them.
As well, in the night, at 7:00 p.m, it is a fabulous rodeo where you can see how real cowboys ride real bulls. For animals peacemakers may be harmful, but if you don’t care about that, you will enjoy it.
Fortworth Stockyard is open to every people in the world. All ages, all nationalities, all gender are welcome to live this experience. In fact, an opinion of a recent visitor that was in charge of Mexicans students group told us some words about her experience:
“I love how in the streets you live another time. How in the old times, the firefighter’s bus was so small, and in the present is so big. I love how the people, the stores, and even the rodeo is according to the cowboys time. Only that the rodeo, is a little bit renew, but anyway, it’s still cool.”
