During the pandemic, many health professionals were in direct
need of more personal protective equipment. Rome Circuit
Community Coordinator, Tiffany Taylor, along with her mother
and daughter started making masks from scraps of material that
they had. They made masks for Floyd Medical Center and
Redmond Regional Hospital. They also packaged up several
masks and sent them to other family members that are in the
healthcare field in Northwest Georgia, Athens and South
Georgia. Making the masks helped them to pass the time in
isolation and help our community.
