The RPH (Reentry Partnership Housing) application cycle closed at the end of November with 32 applications received. We currently have 44 RPH sites and 74 THOR providers. New THOR providers include The Faith Project, Acceptance Recovery Center/Women’s Program, and Let Our House Be Your Home.

Our Newest RPH Providers:

Cardinal Transitional Home

Cardinal Transitional Home #2 is a three bedroom, three bath home located in Columbus, Georgia. The three bedrooms are semi-private rooms designed for two occupants each. Four beds are allocated for RPH occupancy. They provide structured temporary housing for residents in need of a healthy and safe environment to live, and they believe that every individual, with the proper support, can become a productive citizen. Cardinal Home staff encourage every resident to make smart but independent decisions about their direction in life. This provider was first approved as a structured housing facility in the THOR Directory in May 2019. The facility is approved to house sex offenders.

CAT Properties

CAT Properties, LLC is located in Twin City, GA, a rural area near Statesboro. The facility consists of two bedrooms and one bath. The common areas include a living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a spacious yard for residents to enjoy the outdoors. The facility provides a clean, safe and structured living environment, and food is provided for residents to cook for themselves. Clothing and hygiene items are donated to the facility by community organizations and issued to residents, if in need. This provider offers job search assistance and referrals, help with resume writing, and mentorship. Transportation to interviews, DCS appointments, and employment is available upon request. Nearby is Southeastern Technical College in Swainsboro which offers GED preparation and testing. CAT Properties was approved as an RPH provider in December.
