Macon DRC graduate, in partnership with River Edge Behavioral Health Services and Bibb Co Coordinated Entry, became the proud occupant of permanent housing... a tiny house!
Symposium Held at Augusta State Medical Prison
The first pre-release Symposium was held at Augusta State Medical Prison in coordination with GDC and DBHDD. This event placed emphasis on introduction to community resources and how to access those services. The target population was MH Levels 3 and 4 individuals, but was open to all approaching their release dates within the next 180 days. 10 Community Providers participated: GVRA, DBHDD (2 divisions), Golden Harvest Food Bank, Behavioral Health Link, Medical Associates Plus, Full Counsel of Christ Ministries, Advantage Behavioral Health, DHS, CSB of Middle Georgia.
