I ALSO ENJOY BEING ABLE TO SERVICE OUR AGENCY AND OUR EMPLOYEES , IN TRAINING , COACHING , AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA OF WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND ASSISTING THEM IN BETTER UNDERSTANDING AND HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT .”

DARRELL SMITH IS THE ADA COORDINATOR FOR THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SUPERVISION . THIS ROLE HAS NOW BECOME HIGHLY VALUED BY THE AGENCY AS THE NUMBER OF INDIVIDUALS UNDER OUR SUPERVISION WITH DISABILITIES HAS GROWN SIGNIFICANTLY .
