TEDX TALK | IMPROVING CRIMINAL JUSTICE : 4 MINDSET SHIFTS

DCS Director of Strategic Planning and Research , Dr . Nicholas Powell , recently presented an insightful TEDx Talk titled “ Improving Criminal Justice with Four Mindset Shifts .”

In this moving and inspiring talk , Dr . Powell fuses firsthand experience with criminal justice data to propose four urgently needed yet easily achievable mindset shifts to foster the well-being of people with criminal records and build stronger communities .
