School Supplies Drive
DCS South Georgia Circuit collaborated with the Mitchell County Sheriff ' s Department to organize a drive that will provide backpacks and school supplies to local students in need . Such an inspiring volunteer opportunity for our South Georgia team !
Mental Health
Mental health awareness is something we should take control of each day . The Tifton Circuit Mental Health Counselor Monique Haggins created a “ Take What You Need ” wall . The notes are available for anyone to use and “ take what they need ” for affirmation and encouragement .
COVID-19 Donation
One of our local stakeholders , the Dekalb County Board of Health , donated 50 boxes of cleaning supplies and face masks for officers and persons currently under supervision who may be at risk for COVID-19 .
Support Luncheon
Mrs . Patsy Nuzum , Judge Advocate of the Georgia VFW , provided an appreciation lunch for the Woodbine office to show her support and appreciation for law enforcement in the community .
