NIC General Insurance Co., Mauritius goes live with Azentio Insurance Platform to become ‘digital by default’
Azentio Insurance platform, an Omnichannel core insurance solution was implemented with its fully integrated modules across underwriting, claims, billing, re-insurance, accounting, and reports to enable NIC General Insurance Co. to improve its operations and become digital by default.
The scalable and easy maintainable platform, hosted on the cloud to allow remote access for insurance administration, will work towards enhancing the overall customer experience.
