The above motif was repeated to us in varying words by almost every C-level executive we met. This telling fact stayed in focus as we conducted interviews with over 200 industry leaders hoping to discover the next new digital paradigm in the Insurance world.

At Azentio Insurance, we were planning for when drone-based insurance might become prevalent in the regions we serve in, or to find new claims prevention mechanisms coming into their own in any meaningful manner through this series of interviews. But – while we found some interesting trends, we came across this recurrent theme of the Insurance Administration Systems (IAS or the core) not being suited for digitalisation.
