TEAMPROVIDENCE: It’s All About People

In our last issue, we introduced seven descriptors of person-centered care.
You’ll recall these included:

Connect Me
Protect Me
Engage Me
Comfort Me
As members of TEAMPROVIDENCE, we are making a sacred promise to
support individuals’ lifelong health and well-being through holistic, coordinated
care models and resources, based on trusted, committed, person-to-person
relationships. This is person-centered care!
Ultimately, we are here for our patients and their loved ones—those who trust
their lives into our hands. While person-centered care certainly focuses on our
patients & guests . . .it actually goes beyond them to include our physicians,
volunteers, and associates. When we practice these seven descriptors among
ourselves, we ultimately will be extending those descriptors to our patients &
guests along the way.
