Professional Achievements
Marisa Gingerich, daughter of Maria Gingerich, passed the NCLEX RN exam.
Candy Swift, Medical Records, passed her AHIMA, CCS, coding certification exam. This coding certification
adds to her AAPC coding certifications of CPC and CPC-H.
Brietta Williams, Waco Lung Associates, took the CT Registry exam on January 21 and passed with an 84.
She is now certified in both radiography and computed tomography.
Ron Dearth, St. Catherine Center, passed his boards and became a fully licensed OTR on February 3.
Cardiac Cath Lab welcomes Cindy Murphey, RN and Christopher Lucki, RN.
Radiology welcomes Melanie Klug, X-ray, Blake Kocian and Darlene Gorgan, both of CT.
Sherri Dysinger, RN, CHF Clinic, passed the CHFN- Certified Heart Failure Nurse exam in December 2013.
She is one of six nurses that are CHFN nurses at Providence CHF Clinic.
Sheri Sims, RN, CHF Clinic, passed the CHFN- Certified Heart Failure Nurse exam in June 2013. She is one
of six nurses that are CHFN certified nurses at Providence CHF Clinic.

Bailey Nations, daughter of Sherry Ost, Accounting, is a sophomore at Arizona State University has been
accepted as a transfer student to Baylor this coming fall.
Cort Nations, son of Sherry Ost, Accounting, is a personal banker for Wells Fargo in Tucson, AZ. He has
been named #1 in Southern AZ and #3 in the State and will be the Wells Fargo Grand Marshall representative
in the 89th Tucson Rodeo which kicks off the weekend of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association
(PRCA) rodeo events.
Nidhi Sharma, Rehab MDS Coordinator at St. Catherine Center, and Navin Sharma, PT, Woodway Medical
Plaza, welcomed their firstborn, a son, Nimai Sharma which means “cute” in Hindu. He was born on
February 11 at 1:34 p.m. He weighed 6 lbs. 11 oz. and was 21 inches long.
Mary Ann Cannon, RN, Home Care, received a trophy for 2013 committeeman of the year from the Heart
of Texas Fair and Rodeo for volunteering on the information and services committee. This year, she is
volunteering on the South 40 Outdoor Expo committee.
Alexandra Schulz, daughter of Ray and Dawn Schulz, Quality Management, has been accepted to Navarro
College and the Navarro cosmetology program. Alexandra will graduate a year early from Hubbard High
School in June.
